Privacy notice
Short and clear: what data we keep for the OrbitoCore beta waitlist, why, and what your rights are. A full privacy notice will follow.
Who we are
Orbito (KBO VUL_IN) is responsible for your data on this website. Questions? Email support@orbitocore.com.
What data
- Your email address.
- Your answers about your salon, if you fill them in. That's optional.
- Where you came from, such as the ad or link that brought you to the site (UTM source).
- A hashed version of your IP address, against abuse. We don't store your IP address itself.
- When, for which text and in which language you gave consent.
Why
To keep your place on the waitlist, invite you to the beta and email you about it. Your answers about your salon help us invite a good mix of salons. We only send news and tips if you tick that separately.
Legal basis
Your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep it
If you don't confirm your email address, we delete your data after 30 days. Otherwise we keep it until the beta ends, or until you delete it yourself.
Who helps us
A hosting partner for the website and an email service to send our emails. They only process your data on our behalf.
We use no ad pixels and no analytics cookies. The only cookie is a technical one that secures the form. We remember your referral link only in your browser, for as long as the tab is open.
If we invite you
If we invite you to the beta, we pass only your email address on to the OrbitoCore app, so you can create your salon there with that address. It stays on that invitation list, even if you delete your data here. Want it gone there too? Ask us and we'll remove it.
Your rights
You can see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent. With the personal link in our emails you can delete your data yourself or turn off news.
Not happy with how we handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (GBA/APD).
