After the beta: one subscription. Price to follow; beta salons get a thank-you discount.

Sound familiar?

  • “I pay commission on clients who were already mine.”

At OrbitoCore you never pay commission on a booking. Stripe only charges its fee per card payment.

  • “I still pay, even when a booking is cancelled.”

There's no fee per booking, so nothing on a cancellation either.

  • “My money sits with the platform first, and payouts take a while.”

Payments go straight to your own Stripe account. OrbitoCore never holds your money.

  • “Another monthly bill, just for the card terminal.”

Your iPhone or Android is the terminal. Nothing to rent.

  • “Agenda, checkout, stock and emails live in separate tools.”

Five apps, one client record. You type everything only once.

  • “It worked in the demo, not in my salon.”

Try it free in your own salon first, during the beta.

Everything that's inside.

Five apps that share the same clients, agenda and invoice. Switch on what you need.

App 1 of 5 · Booking

Your agenda fills itself.

Clients book themselves, day and night, on your own booking page. You see it in your agenda right away.

  • Your own booking page: clients book in the browser, no app to install.

  • Deposits: let clients pay upfront via Stripe, for fewer empty chairs.

  • Email reminders: automatic, from 48 hours to 30 minutes before.

  • Reschedule or cancel: through a personal link, no phone calls.

  • Freed-up slots: offered automatically to clients who are waiting.

  • Discount codes: create your own; the deposit adjusts.

  • Real reviews: only from clients who actually had an appointment.

Often elsewhere: deposits or reminders only in a pricier plan, or commission on new clients through a platform.

App 2 of 5 · Back Office

Every client, the whole story.

One client record for your whole salon, from the first booking to the latest colour.

  • One client record: visits, payments and notes in one place.

  • Birthdays: see who's celebrating this week and send something nice.

  • Email campaigns: with your own templates, made on your computer.

  • Smart audiences: new, regular, or not seen for 90 days, if they gave consent.

  • Coupons: add a code to your mailing.

  • Team and permissions: each stylist sees only their own agenda.

Often elsewhere: a separate mailing tool with a separate client list.

With OrbitoCore: in the same app, with the same client record.

App 3 of 5 · Inventory

Never again: out of shampoo.

Stock counts along with every sale, and every morning you know what to reorder.

  • Scan with your phone: scan barcodes with the camera, or a webcam.

  • Retail and backbar: products for the counter and for behind the chair.

  • Morning list: a daily overview of what's running low.

  • Order by email: straight to your supplier from the app.

  • Receive deliveries: plus a full history of every adjustment.

  • Checkout keeps up: sell a product and your stock goes down with it.

Often elsewhere: a spreadsheet, or an extra module.

App 4 of 5 · Planning

Rota and leave, without the puzzle.

Build your weekly rota in a few taps. Leave, holidays and rest times are already in.

  • Weekly rota: build it, copy last week, or let it suggest one.

  • Publish: your team sees the rota only once you publish it.

  • Belgian leave types: wettelijke vakantie, ADV, recup feestdagen, anciënniteitsverlof, jeugdvakantie, with balances.

  • Holidays: Belgian public holidays are built in.

  • Warnings: over 38 hours a week or under 11 hours' rest. Warnings, not legal advice.

  • Leave blocks the agenda: nobody books a colleague who's off.

Often elsewhere: a separate rota app, or Excel.

App 5 of 5 · Checkout

Your phone is the card terminal.

No device to buy or rent. Your client taps a contactless card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on your iPhone or Android, and it's paid.

  • Works on iPhone and Android.
  • Started on the computer? Finish on your phone.
  • Cash works too.
  • One bill: treatment and products together.
  1. Client pays € 68,00
  2. Stripe processes it
  3. To your own Stripe account

OrbitoCore keeps nothing. Stripe charges its processing fees.

Often elsewhere: buying or renting a card terminal.
